Ok, so i had toe surgery. Man it hurts. Well, in a couple days i should be fit to fly, not much else for a week and a half. i'll link to a photo once the upload is approved.

Sorry to hear it bud, but can't wait to see a picture og your toe!!! Hope it gets better (if it gets infected be sure to post another picture).....what kind of surgery do they do to toes anyway? Reduction?

well this is age related. Arthritis has caused trigger toe which means my big toe gets stuck in the down position and has to be forced back Today they cut and dremelled bone and moved around tendons.

Foot surgery is no joke my friend! I had an extra bone in my foot (apparently the human feet have several of these) that fused itself to a functioning bone. They went in with what they told me was a hammer and chisel and went to work right on the top of the ol' hoof! Was in a pressure wrap and than an aircast for several weeks. No fun at all. The swelling caused my big toe to blow up to the size of a football! Neat parlor trick indeed!

I feel your pain Dale! Vicodin worked magic for me! That and a nice beer - but I didn't recommend that! Cool
