Was that M1117 a standard ASV or it that one a bit longer? The row of seats in the back doesn't sound like the type of M1117 the MP have.

Seems to me there is a 'stretch' version used as an APC by the Iraqi army.

Its the normal length - the change around of seats etc is due to the fact that its an RSTA version based on the latest production hull which is also used by the ICV (Iraq Combat Vehicle). That mast on top of the turret is missing its 'box'
