Just wish I knew where it was. Takeoff wouldn't be a problem, but landing....WHOOOOOA! _________________ The only thing to do when a son-of-a-bitch looks cross-eyed at you is to beat the hell out of him right then and there

Maybe he IS landing.... Is that really an airstrip??? I mean I don't doubt it....but you do wonder of it's someone pullin' a stunt on a 4x4 trail or something......spectators at the top and whatnot....

Here's one that's been discussed before but always worth a look.....maybe the most extreme *paved* airstrip......scroll about 3.4 of the way down for he description of Swope Airpark (WV11):

"Swope reportedly based & flew a twin-engine Beechcraft Baron (!) and a helicopter from the airfield.

He logged a total of 3,000 takeoffs & landings into the Swope Farm airfield.

Swope only had one eye."

We gotta' chip in and get you a copy of FS2004 so you can do a few of these of your own...and beauty is...nobody dies! Some of these are in multiplayer, we had a get-together. I forgot who landed that J-3 in the backyard....but it was in about 75'!

I'm notorious for building some of the most difficult landing scenerios in all of simdom. Twisted Evil
