Now that I just did an investement in a new PC i am now coming back to FSX Laughing

I spent the best part of yesterday installing and getting help from MS support here; Didn't help much at all. The issue was the installation seem to get stuck at the beggining of disc 1 with the validation, Well after about 15-20 minutes it continued and "I" managed to finish install. Didn't ask for the product key which leads me to thnk there was another installation in the computer. After all uninstalling FSX is a task.

Any way I got it running today and have begun a-new to get aquanted with it. So I decided to get the L049 Constellation again; But It's not there any more. So I did a search at avsim.com and there it is, though not with all the textures as Fladermusen had put into it, like the Avianca textures. I downloaded, got me yesterday winzip 11.1 evaluation v. din't work? All one has to do according to authors instructions is unzip to the "c" Unzipping never occured. Then I found (I am running Windows Vista now) that there is an evaluation version of winzip included win-zip 32; Didn't work neither Sad

I remember the connie was an eazy intall) what to do now???

Thanks; I didn't realize that it's v.11. sorry I was looking for the one with windowed sideviews; maybe tis is only for Fs9? now that I see that FSX doesn't read the side windows i settle for her as is.
I mostly waanted all the versions specially the AVIANCA repaint!

I have been experiencing sound isssues with her, If I give it full throttle and then reduce to idle the sound changed and feels better otherwise it sounds like there are two sound files one on top of the other, one at full throttle and one at idle.

Stragely the same happens with the Curtiss G46 from the Tom Gibsons' site???

Can anyone add a comment to this?
