Hmm, I found a program today that looks very interesting and yep, IT'S FREE too...lol

In Linux, it's not normal to run in Privilege/Admin mode and I know most run XP in Admin mode because of the short comings of MS. I'm not bashing MS, but there is room for improvement in the security end and yep, Linux does it much better.

Now, with this new program, it looks as if the Linux way of doing things could be installed in XP. While the demo doesn't look as promising as I think it should, the benefits may be worth the effort to try this program.

It lets you run in Admin mode in XP but with limited user privileges. When you want to do something that requires Administration Privileges, it'll prompt for a Password. That's much easier than running XP in limited user mode, logging off and on to an Admin account to do a simple install task. Wink
