Ssssh! its about the CIA.
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Make the Triangle larger, Ditch the Flag

What about the Words "Obstinate" "Argumentative" (Something meaning detail oriented) along each side of the Triangle (Maybe even put them in Latin or another Language)

...and, Yep...the flag is too "modern" and will severely limit it's marketability among certain demographics....

How about we put the Latin (what's Latin for cantankerous?) on a scroll beneath the triangle or in the lower quadrant of the circle?

"Old steel-clad farts" may be a bit over the top, though I'm sure it sounds very intellectual in Latin... Laughing

Problem with having the words around the triangle is that it needs a big triangle, which is rather US-centered (and a few nations influenced by the US post-war) and I want to keep it as international as possible, seeing that our community is spread all over the world- I'll mull it over some more and keep on doodling... That might be useful....keeping the crowds of adoring groupies down to more managable proportions....some of us are getting older and it's more difficult to service more than 5-6 at a time anymore.
