It's calendar pimping season
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Post subject: It's calendar pimping season
Two calendars available for sale this year: Rolling Thunder featuring the collection of the Virginia Museum of Military Vehicles and Old Ironsides featuring the tanks of Aberdeen Proving Ground. The 2008 VMMV calendar is nearly the same as the 2007 prototype. I added the Abbot, Pz 68, and T72 in place of the BMP, TK55, and M4A3 Sherman. Previews are available on the site below

I'll just say that I have the 2007 calender hanging at my desk at work. Although I did look at all the pictures when I first got it I purposely don't flick ahead to see what next month is bringing. As much as appreciate the Sherman that looked down at me for August it was tough to not peek ahead to see what I would have up for September. The artwork is fantastic.
