Munster museum, Germany
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

295 years of development, no wonder the M113 has been such an enduring design! Wink

Thanks, Lesley, great pics!

Thanks Lesley for the great pictures! Do you happen to have a picture of the vehicle next to the HS30?

Sd Kfz 234/4

I wish 'ours' looked that good. Sadly it doesn't.

I wonder if the 'Munster 234/4' is a cosmetic resto, or a complete operational resto. It would be a treat to have one operational for occasional demonstrations. So much of that 'pipe dream'.

Thanks for posting

Hello Jeff,
This is one of the vehicles next to the mortar HS30, IIRC on the other side was a HS30 lang with turret and gun.

Jeff,
Not at Munster museum, but at the storage area of the Bergen ranges. It is the same type as was next to the mortar HS30.

Picture is also taken last week.
