Do we have anyone in Georgia. I could have a 6-Ton in Athens
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Also in one of the google entries this company is reported at that same address in 2005

"Old Hull Road" must be named after the tank! Wink

Hayes Otoupalik tells me this is the M1917 that is now in the VMMV collection being restored - has been there for at least 5 or so years AFAIK.

OK, the 1917 in the photo was in front of a salvage yard for years. Of course, I tried to get it on many occasions. About the time I gave up (in the 1990s) on it a fellow in South Georgia that has a collection of modern 5 and 2.5 ton trucks called me asking if I would like to go in with him to buy the tank. Shortly after that, he bought it out-right and then (as I understand) sold it to the Coors collection. (this is from memory so it may have sold to another group)
