Bombers Reading for Takeoff

Now for the Vietnam Era. This pilot has just Ejected form his jet and is awating for rescue. We actually had a "Russian" Jet Fly over and give us the 1 finger salute LOL ( Per the announcer)
The FAC aircraft were first on the scene....
Then Sandy comes in for surpressing fire

Then The Cobras Arrive..........

and after the area is deemed safe..... Here come the CAV

And our pilot is in good hands and the first round is on him back at the base.

While the Cobra makes one more pass..........

Oh That darn camera............Goes off at the darndest times

A fitting end to Airsho 2007.....

I don't even know how I did this.

And we are Thankful for a safe airshow and blessed to be able to live in a Country that allows us the freedom to attend such awsome events. God Bless America

Jealous as all hell! I remember going to some great ones at the Patuxent Naval Air Station (know I butcher the spellin). Stoopy may have been there a few times. Haven't seen a good airshow since I was a kid way back in the day. Wish the good ones would travel to the Pacific NW!!
