'TANKDRIVER' (M3A1 photos ?)
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Tankdriver I was going thru old threads and noticed your request for M3A1 phtos. Did you still need any photos from this M3A1 White Scout Car? or of this one??? I can get anything you are interested in, just let me know. don

No the one shown there I thought was a M3 Halftrack. I really can't tell from the photo, but could be one. No the one shown there I thought was a M3 Halftrack. I really can't tell from the photo, but could be one. I'd love to have photos of how to do mine.

Not a half track, either one. Both are M3A1's

This Is from 3rd Armored Div. It used to be at DIV HQ @ Drake Kaserne, Frankfurt.

The M3A1 in the museum is operational. I have worked on it in the past. Had to replace the fuel tank.
