Laughing good pun!!

Dang good thing they didn't wax that bird before flight!!! Shocked

It appears to be a Beech 18 (aka C-45) with a modified schnout such as in the series of "Volpar" modifications which privided streamlining and re-engined configuration changes up to a turboprop variant. Doesn't have the full-blown Volpar mods which would include an extended nose due to conversion to tricycle landing gear, but someone decided to make the nose more pointy on that specific bird in the pic for some reason. Maybe it was an early attempt at custom airframe styling by Paul Sr. before he decided to stick with bikes at Orange County Choppers.

Actually, the more correct term is "parasite drag".
