I think Ascout learned the hard way that the "POOOOooOOOOOOOooot!" hyperdrive only really caused him to do loops around the rotor axis. Not the kind of "translational lift" he was lookin' for..... _________________ "Once your reputation is ruined, you can live quite freely."

No, but it can provide a kind of "polar moment of pilot relief and transitional lift" that makes the difference between a successful liftoff and embarrassing "settling" that's best avoided at takeoff. Wink
