Post subject: green icons

Hi guys, Ive come across a wierd icon prob, the arrow in the small white box on the bottom left of the desktop icons has turned into a small green box, arrow has gone, some icons are totally green
my computer icon is ok, as well as all excel icons, but all others have been affected, have updated graphic card drivers, but no joy
has anyone seen this before, and if so, how is it fixed
PC is still running ok
thanks for your time

Bo

Hiya Bo,
Think this one is a software problem, not hardware bud.
I moved it over for ya.
:-B

Have you done a) anti-virus checks, and b) Spyware checks?

Did it happen after you installed something else? If so, you could try a rollback to a date earlier than when it happened.

Before you do that m8, ask HERE about it.
Put it under Graphics card section (it will probably be moved to software, but you want to spark the interest of the guys who frequent that section).

Tell 'em "RedSkwirrell" sent you coz he was stumped.

Wink
