M-9 Bulldozer kit for the M-60 series tanks
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Ahemmm,

while you are busy re-editing, better change the date, these tanks were in action on August 13, 1961... October, pshaw, pifflecock... *grumble* Evil or Very Mad

Well,

waddaya know... I have been a victim of disinformation and stand duly corrected, seems like this particular bit was indeed shot on October 25 when the Rooshians limited the movements of the Allies.

I blame it on the press, where these photos have always been captioned as having been taken on the day they started building the Berlin wall- heck, even my schoolbook had it captioned that way. Evil or Very Mad

Forget I said anything, I am not even here...

Oh those Germans...

That is one of the things I was interested in hearing. When I first watched the video, the flash back really caught my attention.

The precision slide is awesome also. In the frontal view,(from the eastern side) the track appears to spin in reverse. Is that an illusion or an old trick,....???

Haven't you ever watched the old cowboy movies and seen the stagecoach spokes seem to turn backwards, its an optical effect.
