It can be obtained in a more complete form, a single download, at Voz DL 9dragons. The other two sites break it up into 7 different parts. It is also a lot faster to download as well. My high speed connection was complete within 3 minutes.

This file is 21.2 MB, so it's not large as compared to a lot of scenery packages... Wink
