World War II Ballistics: Armor and Gunnery by Lorrin Rexford
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Im looking for "World War II Ballistics: Armor and Gunnery" by Lorrin Rexford Bird and Robert D. Livingston, published by Overmatch Press.

I'd really like to get my hands on a copy, but I can't seem to find anywhere that sells it.

I was told that I might have a decent chance of finding some information over here, so I was hoping yall could help me on this search.

Lorrin used to be a participant on the old version of this board. The book was available from him directly. I don't think I have an address for him one of the other long term members may. I remember he was in Ohio

Well, I've contacted him by email through Battlefront.com (not sure if its old), but the main problem is that, at least from what I've heard and make out of it, he passed away.

Any kind of leads or information though would be extremely beneficial and appreciated.

I might have a weak lead on the book for you... I seem remember someone with the ID of Mobius (who posts frequently on tank/gaming threads) mentioned he had several extra copies available. Unfortunately I don't remember exactly where/how long ago I read it. He owns/operates this website - might be worth a try;

www.panzer-war.com/

And incidentally, if your eventual goal is to normalize WWII armor/penetration data please drop me a line when you are finished I'd like to see the results Smile (that along with the answers to the other great mysteries of the universe)
And I also highly recommend his WWII tank gaming data - best I've played.

Derek, I don't remember if you were absent when this was discussed recently.
