Ok now i got your attention Wink

This coming Friday (21st March), we have a mass ComCentral get together for a wee bit of IL-2 1946.
Of course there will be some Bomber Racing to get the juices flowing, neatly followed up by some Custom COOP missions and rounded off by a good ole fashioned Dogfight session?

C'mon what more could you ask for, eh? Cool

In time honoured fashion (ala CC Friday night flying) how about we get the ball rolling for midnight UK time.

All welcome, the more the better, Stoopy, didn't you mentioned some of your Sau's have 1946???

Btw for those that remember the Bomber Race Map, i've updated it so we can choose now from flying HE-111's / SBD-5's or B25J's.

sounds good..I will try to make it, having problems with my T.S. again, I can hear..just cant broadcast..may have the problem fixed by then though.

Host is to be decided as of yet, best bet for all wanting to get in the action is to jump onto the Pacific Fighters TeamSpeak channel here on ComCentral on the night and we'll give the IP info then yeah?

I like the proposal and I'll make sure that our other (at least 2) active IL2-1946 fliers know about it. Having witnessed oru "Bomber Race" firsthand, I agree a GOOD time can't help but be had by all!

The timing, as always, is a consideration, and given the Friday PM activities in Casa Del Stoopy, I may not be able to be there as cannon fodder....weekends are usually good but I don't wanna be the first to bring that point up so I didn't say nuthin'!

I hope my schedule will allow it cause I'd sure like to attend, won't know for sure till we get closer. I have 1946 now (haven't installed it yet but I will) and I'll get TS up and running beforehand in preparation. What else would I need to participate in this event?

so what is it we do with this then? never used it before, what's it do?

*edit* OK well I figured it out, wasn't too hard. I think it's working. I've also got my IL2 1946 up and running. Teamspeak is installed but I still need to do a trial run with it, do I need a password (I'm sure I do) to connect on one of the channels here for a test?
