We will be working like dogs for the next couple of weeks getting the house ready to sell and all of ya know what that means........right.

This is what were lookin to move into........

They just finished the brick work today and started the sheetrock..

They say we should be able to move in in June or July Shocked

The massive garage sale will be in April....Bring your friends...Lots of good junk...........I mean stuff Cool

Wow man - awesome new pad! Looks like she's gonna be a beaut inside and out when all done! We bought a house being built - nothing like knowing your the first ones to live there!

And I'm with Willy on this one - hire movers and drink beer - or invite lots of friends - and again, drink beer Mr. Green

Ok guys...the work on the "old" house is coming along. the wife has been painting and I have replace 7 of 8 interior doors, (never done that before).
everything from planing them down to cutting notches for hinges. ( only ruined one)
This afternoon went to harbor freight and bought a gas powered auger. Best money Ive spent in a while......Dug 8 post holes for the new fence in less than 15 minutes WOW.... Tomorrow set the post for 5 sections of fence and dig post holes for another 8 sections. Sunday put it up.

damn, I probably won't be able to make the garage sale due to the price of gas and all......lol.....but know that I'd sure like to be......seriously though I love the masonry and you sure do have good taste...

Thanks guys....... Dang I'm tired.....Been building fence today and moved the girls playhouse my father-in law built for them when they were 3 or 4. it weighs about 800 lbs. We move it like the Egyptians. I need to put wheels on the darn thing. I think my butt will come in about 10:00 PM tonight.

An update.............While putting up the fence on the East side of the yard I was going to saw some off and bent down....................Oh man had the worst pain i've ever had in the ole back Shocked

...........had to have the wife and kids help me into the house ( Dam old age) Crying or Very sad

. It was the last section. Was pretty much out of the fight Sat and Sun. Went to the chiropractor Monday and he fixed me up. anyhoo got the fence finished. Got the parkay floors refinished....... new interior doors hung...The massiive garage sale done..........The salvation army resupplied...............need to haul the old fence off and some more junk......... For Sale sign in the front yard. a few odds and ends to finish....

The new house....... floors stained........... trims up.... doors hung.. cabinets are in... Waiting for interior paint and counter tops and all the other trimmings.
