The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

I believe its the Crusader firing prototype in a direct fire mode... Neil

COOL!!!! Turret doesn't seem 'right' for Crusader.....(but what the heck do I know of ARTY....) Perhaps early prototype?? Don

Looking around the net I think it is a Crusader. Too bad they cancelled it. If Civil War cannons were 155mm they would still be using them Found a Crusader resupply variant: _________________ "TUMBLEWEED"

Speaking of Crusader - I came across this on ebay. I think i still have a bunch of old Crusader & other posters picked up from defense shows... Neil
