Post subject: Desktop Cube

One of the things I REALLY like about Linux is the switchable desktops. If you multitask very much, you know what a MUST it is to have this feature, which by the way, is strangling Windows users.

That is, until I found this little gem... Smile

This is called CubeDesktop Pro and will put put 6 virtual desktops on XP/Vista that will help take the 'throat hold' off your productivity.

While I sill prefer Linux to Windows for work, this is a big help for those that prefer the Windows Environment.

To see what I mean, Click HERE!

I've installed this on XP Pro and it works great quite well.

Most who run nVidia graphics cards already have multi desktop ability.

Not sure what this is really.
Vista offers a 3-D facility where you can switch between open windows at the touch of a button already.
Probably not the same as this but I think XP has something similar on a 2-D basis as well.
Not that I would ever promote the idea of installing Vista without a healthy psychiatric evaluation programme.
