Off Topic Wheely Thing
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Perhaps transporting rescue boats, throughout assigned areas which might be seperated by higher land masses. Or a QRF rescue team, of sorts, moving into a flooded area with stranded survivors. I saw it also. It is a PLS Hemitt.

Or possibly the most obvious thing looking at the mudguards and that is that the water isn't deep enough for a boat...
