Is this the back of a HEMTT PLS Truck? From the hurricane area.

Is this the back of a HEMTT PLS Truck? From the hurricane area.

I saw it also. It is a PLS Hemitt.

Perhaps transporting rescue boats, throughout assigned areas which might be seperated by higher land masses.

Or a QRF rescue team, of sorts, moving into a flooded area with stranded survivors.

Or possibly the most obvious thing looking at the mudguards and that is that the water isn't deep enough for a boat...

Only so much room in the cab, I guess it was the only way to get the boat and everyone to where they were going.
