Is it just me or is something different here? Usually there is a couple of pipe plugs here. This looks different.

Not sure what your referring to. Looks like the plugs are there. Maybe the excess oil/grease leaking from around the threads causing the dark spots make them harder to see.

Where's this tank at, I might have a better picture. Generation 2 hull with early turret from what I can tell. Missing wind sensor but looks to be an A3. Also has the later style grenade box.
