The Manolo is sitting beside himself when he sees the chiquita of the LBD removing the shoes of the five minutes in public! The fingers of the feets should never be displayed without the shoes of the Manolo (and that would be never, since The Manolo never approves the shoes of the open dedos), and certainly not for the painting of the nails!

The Code of the Shoes is that they are never removed on the outside of the room of the dressing or the room of the bed!
