The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

I found it at Flickr.com. A guy got the picture from a buddy. No info given. The guy in the lower left appears to have a 10 Mountain Division patch. (I've seen a larger image at Flickr.) BIG PICTURE _________________ "TUMBLEWEED"

No blast, and shutter speed wasn't quite as fast as it could have been, but I did catch a bit of a "green streak" coming out of the tube. FSB Birmingham, Thua Thien Province.

I love the picture Mark Holloway posted of the M1064 track firing! That used to be me sitting up there in the TC stand with my head slightly above the guns muzzle. The blast is an adrenaline rush. Man, I miss the gun line! _________________ SFC Jeff Button "High Angle Hell"
