experimental Infantry Combat Vehicle at Kubinka?
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Looks like a wheeled vehicle giving birth to a tracked vehicle! Laughing

Kind of a Panhard EBR concept, with tracked off-road "wheels".

It looks like at BTR ate a BMP or PT 76. Then ate a WWII era light tank (the nomenclature escapes me at the moment)

Talk about a stretch Recon Vehicle....

Love those oddities.

It's Object 019, competitor of BMP-1.
Now located in exposition of Bronnitsi proving ground. In Kubinka place of Object 019 in Hangar #4 replaced by first prototype of BTR-90.
