Prototype M113?
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Sort of, its even rarer, a T117 prototype! The T113 was aluminum, the T117 was steel. You can see it on Hunnicutt's Bradley, page 78 & 80 - its identifiable by the smaller towing lugs/eyes.

Where the heck is it!?

Uh - Since Aluminum doesn't rust, the brown tinge on some areas may also be a hint that it is steel Rolling Eyes

I ran across the photo on Flickr. It had been identified as an M114. It's at Russel Military Museum, Russel, IL. A larger photo is HERE.

Off I-94 North of Chicago just below the Wisconsin State line.

42.492673, -87.950457

Has most the former Kenosha WI Military Museum equipment.

On my list of places to see, They have an M60 mine roller kit, but unfortunately their M60A3 isn't a Roller Tank.

Bob,
My color vision isn't what it might be. I blame my mom. Mr. Green

That explains why it isn't hooked up. Did they require special mounts? Seems there was mounts on the glacis plate iirc.

Yep,

Tank had a pad welded to the lower front hull and two points for the tension cables on top. If you ever spot a former roller tank you can't miss the attachment points in front.
