Help/Pics Needed - Hist. Military Armor Mus., Anderson, IN
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

No help on this one? It's a fairly significant museum - I'm surprised there's not more pics of it out there.

And so am I. I'm still looking for photos of their M3A3, and now also of the M3A1.

It's virtually invisible on the web!

Google Streetview image.

And really, that's it! No museum website.

Rolling Eyes now we need someone, either to find a good gallery of photos of the tanks displayed there, or someone to visit the museum..
Personally, being in France I'm a bit too far to visit the museum soon Mr. Green

Hello,

Do vthis museum also owns the M1917 that was at Anderson?

I'm mainly interested in getting some photos of this tank and their M3A1 and M3A3 Stuart (and also of the other WW2 vehicles). thanks

VMMV -

Is the Knight Museum open to the public?

We'll be in the area later this summer and would love to visit and photograph the collection.

Thanks, VB

Post subject: Re: Help/Pics Needed - Hist. Military Armor Mus., Anderson,

The way the museum is set up, it is by guided tour, they don't have anything behind glass, so letting the public run free is not a good idea. Just email them through the website and set up a tour or tag along on one already scheduled. Marc
