) is the famous issue of AFV News that reports the discovery of the T28 at Fort Belvoir. As I suspected, Fort Jackson's T30 was discovered at the same time.

According to Norman Cary's report: "The vehicles which proved of interest were an M59, 3 Shermans, a T34/85, a T-30, and the T-28. As it appears now the Patton Museum will get the T-28, two or three Shermans, and the T34; Fort Jackson Museum (S.C.) gets the T-30."

Can either you provide any confirmation of which Shermans and T-34 (one in the museum or in RMP) came from Belvoir?

First of all,... THANKS for making me feel old. In 75, I was in 9th Grade, at Kaiserslautern American High Shool, in Germany.

As for the vehicles, I'll make some inquiries and see what exactly came, and hopefully which ones were they of the current collection.
