I think it is a Mark I Fluffy Bunny, but one of my esteemed friends sent me this description:

-That, my friends, is the new Heluim MK V with the ultra secret Superlatex howitzer, capable of bridging rivers, lakes, and harbors, and being it's own landing craft. Although light in the armor department, it is capable of withstanding multiple hits from small arms and still be operational, to a degree. Difficult to steer in a high wind, the Helium MK V poses navigational problems on plains and steppes, but offers superb camouflage in the carnival environment of the modern day political battlefields...

Thought a little humor for these cold winter days would help!
