According to the 'Visitor Information' at the Tobyhanna web site cell phones with cameras are not permitted on the site so I doubt there is much of a chance of getting a good camera on the post to get pictures. This may be a case where contacting the PAO and explaining the project of documenting monument vehicles would be the only way to get results

For some reason I've been under the impression that these are on the road outside the gate, but looking at google maps it seems to be inside the government property (although that's not necessarily the same as where the fence & gate is).

Hopefully they are outside the post, otherwise forget getting any images.

Depots are very strict when it comes to photography, or access for that matter. Anniston won't let you on unless you have business there, even if you have an ID. Still trying to crack that nut.
