The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Our deep throat reporter had revealed that Con-Central has finally got itself a favicon, A move which surprised its thousands of subscribers who were secure in the knowledge that the world-renowned bulletin board was firmly stuck in the Ice Age along with Sid and all those other cute little creatures...

Reports that thousands of coffee-based nose spew events occured when the favicon appeared have been discounted by Com-Central management fearful of multiple claims for ruined moinitor screens...

Additional reports that Com-Central may actually incorporate RSS feeds on the forums have been greeted with wild outbreaks of hysterical laughter.
