The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Trevor Actually I think AJ's Hummel photo is more of mid- 50's. I believe the series of photos he has were primarily done in the early to mid 1950's, not too long after the museum first opened (1949). That is based on how the exhibits are configured based on numerous exhibit hall changes from 1949 - 1955(ish). Regards Don
