The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

[Not exactly. I have some old photo's of the one at APG:

plus from my notes back in the 1980s there were further examples as follows:

2. Fort Chaffee (Arkansas)
3. Letterkenny Depot (Chambersburg, PA)
4. Fort Lewis (Washington)

I believe there are also examples at MVTF and Danbury. Plus I have notes on some M53s, if you're interested in those.]

Didn't see this one listed on any of the above links. Not entirely sure if it's the same thing, but it looks similar. Took the photos 2-3 years ago... i46.tinypic.com/2h2grx0.jpg It's on Camp Roberts, near San Luis Obispo, California.
