T-34/76 with a curious turret
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Post subject: T-34/76 with a curious turret
Hello,

this T-34/76 is preserved at the Donskoy museum :



The turret seems to be a bit particular, could someone tell me more about it?
Could it be a reproduction?

Yeah its got to be a replica PO... the mantlet is welded to the turret for a start!

This is T-34-85 hull, upgraded by program of year 1960.

The turret is obvious a dummy made as early 34-76 turret.
