Richmond, IN M3A3's have been moved
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

The 2 M3A3's that were at the Wayne County Courthouse have been moved to a new Veteran's Memorial Park. The park is very nice and has been setup with memorials for all wars from the Spanish-American War to the present wars in Irag and Afghanistan.

M3A3 #1:
I couldn't find any SN/RN on either tank as they both had been repainted. They had a plate welded on the rear of each tank with a number on it but I don't know the source for the numbers. This tank also had a fake barrel on it. The thickness was not the same as on the other tank.

BB-61,
Can you give a GPS or cross-street?

Neil

Neil,

The park is on Johnon St. Off of 2nd St behind the Wayne Sheriff County Dept.

The park is along side the river next to a power sub-station. There are signs up all through town showing how to get there.
