M60A3 in Visalia, Calif?
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

The Register notes a M60A3 in Visalia, Tulare County, CA. Has anyone been able to pinpoint a more specific location yet? I maybe out in that area this weekend and would like to check it out.

Chris,

For a while I thought she was located in the Veterans park in Porterville, but Google Maps and Bing recon shows nothing. I have no idea.

I did the same search along with searching various other parks in the area but no luck. However, I did driver through Hanford yesterday morning and took a few pics of the M60A3 listed there. Today, I photographed and copied all of the s/n's from the M47's and M60A1's at Gen. Patton Museum, Chiriaco Summit CA. I be posting those in the next few days as I just returned home and am pretty wiped out from the 600 mile drive today.
