The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. Hochfels is located in Europe, Luxemburg to be precise

The guns are remains / reminders of the Ardennes Offensive, or the Battle of the Bulge

I have not found anything more recent, then the link below
The Flemish version mentioned an visit 60 years after the battle, so I think the pictures are from +/- 2004

Yes, Hochfels is in the Bulge area. The PAK43 is a real rarity, I've seen several 43/41s around, but I can only think of the Aberdeen PG collection having a "proper" 43.

You're right that Pak 43/41's seem to be more common but there are a few pak 43's around including a fairly well preserved one on the grounds of RMC in Kingston. Bruce
