IS-4 tank??
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

When google translates the first link it says » Photo from the album " The exhibition of military equipment in the park Odori in Chita, May 2010. Looking at the ''plinth'' etc it is on it is the same tank as in the first post. So unfortunately still three IS-4s Regards

They repainted the tanks gave them new tactic numbers and placed a new exhibit - OT-26.

Doubt it, that's why I noted they were interesting photos, for others to take a peek. Why is the number 452 on the turret?

Another IS4 turret bunker? Kuril Islands. Edit, 2 different turrets? The bottom one looks more like an IS3 from the shot below, taken from the same series, I believe, with Russia's "President" Medvedev getting some seaside air (Putin, would be shirtless, of course!)
