AT-S or ATS-712 soviet artillery tractor
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

There is an AT-S on display outside the base museum at Canadian Forces Base, Gagetown, New Brunswick, Canada. Actually, I haven't been there since 2000, but I have no reason to think it has been moved. There is a picture of it on my Photobucket page at s698.photobucket.com/a...%20Canada/ It can be tricky to find after the recent changes to Photobucket, but if you click on View All Albums, you should see one for CFB Gagetown, under Preserved AFVs in Canada, New Brunswick. If you can't get to it, please let me know and I'll post a smaller version here.

Alf
