Over on a wingy-thingy board.....
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

That's one of the wrecks at Blésignac, the owner gets very grumpy, apparently, if anyone asks if they're for sale!

Hi Folks!

Super Thanks for the link and for the guy who took those photos.

Interesting mix of parts on that one Sherman.
Looks like a direct vision A2 with low bustle turret and a one piece transmission cover.

It is so sad to see so much history and all the owner is doing with it is letting it rust away.

Sgt, Scouts out!

What a collection! Terrific assortment of armour. Does the owner have any more in running condition?
