I think it's a Stuart V Recce, which is the British designation. It's based on an M5A1 tank and in American markings, so it wouldn't be a "Stuart" at all! This looks to be a mock-up of a prototype US recon vehicle that was never fielded. The T-number escapes me. KL

It is nothing as elaborate! It was a British Army Stuart VI converted post war in to a 17 pdr gun tower. I put a new roof in for the previous owner and the vehicle restoration was completed by the current owner, in the drivers seat in the picture, as a recce vehicle but not based on anything in particular.
