M551 has that brown gloss paint can't find any numbers on it.

?M2 Combat Car??? You'll have to look at the pictures...I'm guessing (and that has never been a strength identified with Captains!) but the only numbers I saw where SYM C64944 with "SOFT STEEL" stamped in below and the number C64946.
Mk VIB Light Tank...looks newly painted, tightly tarped though another guess though

Many, many thanks for the info!

The "T26E1" is actually a T25E1 - they mislabeled it unfortunately...

The M551 is the XM551 (SN 4).

The M2 Combat Car is the M2A2E3 (SN 248).

The M578 is a head-scratcher actually. Wasnt aware of one with the Ordnance Museum.

I remember Ed telling me about some of the artifacts 'behind the fence' I know the M51 heavy recovery vehicle was one of them and I think teh M578 was also one of them
