Mark IV Postcard
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Post subject: Mark IV Postcard

I came across this postcard of a Mark IV tank in Hamliton, Ontario, Canada:

I don't know when exactly it was taken, but it appears to be at the front end of a parade; perhaps as part of the festivities celebrating the end of WWI?

It seems to be operating under it's own power, but at a mere 7 mph, the pace of the parade must have been excruciating for those having to trail behind it Smile

Does anyone know the fate of this particular Mark IV?
