experimental Infantry Combat Vehicle at Kubinka?

Is this the experimental Infantry Combat Vehicle that was at Kubinka, where is it now?

Kind of a Panhard EBR concept, with tracked off-road "wheels".

It looks like at BTR ate a BMP or PT 76. Then ate a WWII era light tank (the nomenclature escapes me at the moment) Talk about a stretch Recon Vehicle.... Love those oddities. Don

It's Object 019, competitor of BMP-1. Now located in exposition of Bronnitsi proving ground. In Kubinka place of Object 019 in Hangar #4 replaced by first prototype of BTR-90.
