Available at SOH for FS2004 and FS2002. Sorry no FSX version available but can be ported to dx9 systems with a couple alpha changes per the SOH FSX forum. Changes are available from Roger by PM.

Website for the Grizzly: www.flightsimonline.com/xa38/

Five models/schemes, different external stores.

Will upload here and other places when she has been shaken down. Here's a few shots.

Milton,
Great to see you're still at it, I adore several of your other releases...good to see you around.

Might this download be available somewhere other than at SOH? I'm not registered there and don't forsee doing so, but would love to have any creation you guys have done.

Thanks for all the enjoyable virtual hours in your creations...

Beautiful shots Fled. Last night when I posted here this announcement, just before submitting, the storm knocked out the power. So, in re-posting I shortened the version and failed to make clear that downloads are available from my website (posted in the original post), and many more pictures for those interested.

We do have one version coming along with some fixes so hang in there for a bit for a maintenance release.

I must reiterate, this is built for native FS2004 and FS2002. It seems it ports to FSX SP1 dx9 okay but of course we cannot support that as I do not have FSX or its tools.

Thanks and I hope you enjoy it.

Hi Milton,

Good to hear you liked the screenies, if you want 'm for anything you can have 'm free of charge Wink

I have added the two files that Roger mended and that did the trick, must say all works well in fsX with SP2/Acceleration.

I also posted these shots at the SOH, see what the reactions there are Wink

And I'll keep a close watch on "developments"

Again Thank you and your Team members for this beauty

Jes' kiddin'....I'm lovin' it so far! Like the civvie version a lot too...might have to replace my civilianized Invader with this.

LOL guys. Yes, sorry about that "Navy" pilot but a man can only do so much. Smile

Also, we will release another minor variant:

Speaking of the civilianized version, if anyone with the skill ever wants to do a black and gold one (even in the same pattern as the white and red), you're guaranteed at least one download right here. I think that would look bitchin'! My civilian A-26 is nice, but I have a thing for twin-boom, twin-engine aircraft.

Amazed to learn that the one prototype (of two) thought to have survived is "whereabouts unknown".

Unless Milton has it squirrled away somewhere and he ain't talkin'... Wink

Hiya Milton!

Outstanding job as always. It's nice to say this bird flys extremely well and those engine...WOW..What a great sound and the cockpit is outstanding!

We just flew this in FSX and this is another 'gotta have' aircraft. I suspect repaints for this will be many! Thanks again Milton!

Gentlemen,

I have found an offending gauge that may be causing some Radio issues. Until we get this corrected, please comment out the following statement as shown with two slashes in the panel.cfg, vcockpit03 section, last gauge:

//gauge26=ST_X38!Arc-5_Radio, 434,10,562,219

This gauge was streaming com1, nav1 and nav2 events and likely interfering with radio adjustments.

I need to thank Doug Dawson for this awesome test gauge that helps you find streaming events in the sim. It also told me that I have a bad set of CH Pedals streaming the left brake event. Smile

The name of Doug's test gauge is event_logger and I believe he uploaded it to Flightsim or Avsim two years ago. Streaming events cause key combinations to not work because the combination gets interrupted with another event. Combination keys are used to open the cargo door (shift+e, 2) or select engine 2 (e,2), etc.

Gentlemen,

We will have a maintenance release out in a week or so but I wanted to give you this change to free up the radios a bit. There will also be some new goodies along with that release.

Replace the Radios section in each of the aircraft.cfgs with the following:

[Radios]
// Radio Type=available, standby frequency, has glide slope
Audio.1 = 1
Com.1 = 1, 0
Com.2 = 1, 0
Nav.1 = 1, 0, 1
Nav.2 = 1, 0, 0
Adf.1 = 1
Adf.2 = 1
Transponder.1=1
Marker.1=1

Thanks
