Friend just sent me this pic. Appears to be near some monument.

I originally mis-identified it as an M48, just by looking at the front end. I realize now my eyes put a curve in it that's not really there!

That's an M60. Looks pretty good too.

Two easy ID features: The M48A5 has 5 support rollers and the M48A5 has fenders bent at a 45 degree angle (at the front and rear ends) whereas the M60 has rounded fenders.

I was going by the front bow. That it was boat shaped. Must be my eyes! Sorry about that.

It does look like it's bowed! The main reason I know is because I worked on M48A5's and M60A1's at the same time at Fort Irwin in the early 80's. Confused
