At about 07:00 you'll see the current Canadian Minister of National Defence testing the suspension on the LAV III. He was embedded with a platoon of Royal Canadian Regiment soldiers, learning their jobs to better understand his job. He is a physically fit and personable minister, who has been an excellent representative of the the Forces in Cabinet. We have had worse ministers; but not that many who were better than him.
