AFV News Sentinel Articles Help please
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Post subject: AFV News Sentinel Articles Help please

My first proper post and it's a request Confused

I used to have most of the paper AFV News but they all got thrown away by accident (along with Tankette, Tracklink and others Crying or Very sad

) Towards the end there was an article about the Australian Sentinel tanks then at the Melbourne Tank Museum. Can anybody help with a scan please? Unless back issues are still available?

There is also an official looking GA drawing of the LHS of a Sentinel III on the net any ideas where I could find the other views?

All help gratefully received as I've wanted to build a set of these in 48th for a long while now.

Hi Zemsi That's the old AFV Profile number 31 which I already have a copy of. Thank You for the suggestion though. What I was looking for was the article in AFV News which featured drawings of the AC.III with the 25pdr IIRC. I'm surprised at how little solid information there is on this vehicle in general. Hi Nick; This is George Bradford, who published AFV News for 45 years. The issue you are looking for is Sept-Dec. 1999, pages 14-16. It is more about a history of Gary Zimmer's rebuild of the AC3.
